I just received my Chocolate Bearpaws. After reading some reviews, I was a tiny nervous about the size. I take a size eight but in some cuts of shoe or boot I can take an 8.five. I ordered a size eight and they match perfectly! My feet had been in heaven as soon as I put them on. I genuinely can not tell the difference amongst these and the Uggs. An individual commented that there was no sheepskin fur on the insole where your foot rests. There sure is and it feels great. If I had gone a size up, which for me would have been a 9, it without a doubt would have been way also enormous. These match the same as the Uggs, at least for me. Color was true to pic. I can't see spending a entire lot of extra funds when these are just as good. Also, someone mentioned that the other brands are created in Australia and Bearpaws is made in China. You better take a look once more. They are ALL made in China. None of them are produced in Australia! Some said that the outer skin of the others is sheepskin whilst Bearpaw if Cow leather. Well, yes, Bearpaw exterior is "Suede", not sheepskin. But "Suede" is even more durable, in my opinion. Each are delicate components. Nonetheless, again read labels very carefully on other known brands. They all say "Leather upper"....."sheepskin lining". None of them say "sheepskin upper" so I don't know. I have a feeling they are all the identical. Bearpaw does make a fake suede and fake fur at a significantly lesser cost. These (Emma short) is the true deal. I cannot wait to sink my feet in these when the climate gets colder. My friend's "Bearpaws" held up greater for her than her far more pricey brand. For the revenue, this cannot be beat. And remember, for all suede and sheepskin, you have to have to waterproof and stainproof them ahead of using them in rain and snow. None of these brands claim to be waterproof or stainproof. They are suede in nature, after all. So you have to be careful. I will update again the moment I've gotten by means of the winter with them to let you all know how they held up. I will not be wearing them just about every day at the exclusion of all other shoes and boots so I strategy to delight in these for a lot of years to come! I got a pair of Bear Paw just after reading some beneficial critiques about it. Immediately after wearing it for about a month, the inside wool lining began to come off. It is shedding like crazy but every single time I take off my boots I would unearth tiny balls of wool rolled up against my legs. I have a pair of UGG and it's still excellent following two years. Bear Paw is comfortable as properly, but I consider UGG is a better investment. Bear Paw is a very good option if you happen to be on budget.
